We dispatch within 3 - 5 working days of receiving cleared payment. Items will be shipped using Royal Mail Recorded unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.

If a refund is requested due to the incorrect size being ordered or an unwanted gift then there will be an administration fee of £5 before a refund is issued.
 
In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received, then a full refund will be offered and completed upon the original items return within 7 days of when you received and subsequent inspection.
