- We accept unworn returns for any reason — if we are at fault, we can offer a full refund or exchange. If there is no fault (if the item simply does not fit or is unsuitable or otherwise unwanted), a small restocking fee of £5.00 will be charged. If the item has been worn or is not in the same condition as when it was received, we unfortunately are not able to accept a return;
- Unless the returned item is faulty or not as-described, original postage & packing costs will not be refunded, as we cannot reclaim these from Royal Mail;
- If you have a problem with your order, please contact us — most issues can be resolved swiftly;
- When returning an item, please contact us within 14 days and fill out the returns form in full (click here for the form). Failure to do so may result in a delay of any refund or exchange;
- All returned items must be sent by a recorded delivery service, so that you are insured against loss in transit;
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any item to us;
- Exchanges are only available for items where surplus stock is available — unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the availability of goods, and may not be able to accommodate requests for an exchange, in which case we will offer a refund;
- Returns will be processed as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours), but please note that we reserve the full statutory 30 day processing period;
- If we have made a mistake or the item is faulty, no fees will apply — we aim to please and will accept responsibility if we make a mistake.
